Affordable houses
Small affordable homes, suitable for working families in primarily developing countries. The houses typically range in size from 45 sq. meters to 300 sq. meters, but can be custom build entirely to customer’s specifications. They can be one story or two-story and are manufactured in accordance with the strict Swedish building codes. Houses will be build to adhere to all codes and regulations in the country of destination, as well. Theses houses as well as zero energy houses are manufactured and sold by our daughter company Swede Home Inc.
We have a vast variety of standard floor plans, but will build to
suit customer’s needs.
